My name is AJ Simone. I’m a desk job(ber) by day, food and crafts blogger by night. I love DIY everything–be it food, crafts, or home decor.

I’m also a manner, or man canner. Yes it’s true, we exist. I love making seasonal jams, relishes, and pickles. If it’s being harvested, I’m probably putting a lid on it.
